Your children of all ages are Welcome at the Shepherd's Field!

When Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not  hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" in  Matthew 19:14, Jesus was saying Children are very important to God's Kingdom.  The Children's Ministries at the Shepherd's Field provides children with the opportunity to learn about and experience the love of Jesus in an accepting, loving, and safe environment.

Knowing that the family is the very center of your child's life, we want to support you as you seek to raise your children to know and love God.   We have this promise that if we train up our kids in the way they should go they will not depart (Prov. 22:6).   

We would be honored to journey together with you in raising a generation of kids who know God in a personal, life-altering way.   Thanks for allowing us to be apart of your kids life.

"Kingdom Kidz"  

Wednesday Nights from 6:30 - 8:00 PM

Children learn the Word of God through 3 transition classes:

Bible/Dance & Drama room emphasizes the truths of the Word of God through the learning of Christ centered dances/dramas.

Prayer Emphasis room focuses on teaching kids to pray and hear from God.

Game/Snack room gives opportunity for fun and fellowship.

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.  Proverbs 22:6

"Children's Church"

When:  Sunday Mornings in the Upper Room after the 10:30 am corporate worship in the sanctuary.

What:  Children are taught the Word of God, prayer, and worship through innovative approaches at their level of understanding.

Who:  K-3rd grades and 4th-5th grades are divided for learning experiences.           

      

 

  "Preschool Church"

What: Preschool Church classes are held by volunteers on a weekly
          rotation schedule
Who:  Bed Babies - Pre-K
When: 10:30am on Sunday mornings.  

"Sunday School"

What: Children are taught the Word of God through innovative approaches at their level of understanding.
 
When: Sunday 9:30-10:30 AM
